Why we exist
Most people want to contribute to something good. Not everyone gets the chance.
We have seen it up close in many organisations. Ideas come up, get discussed and disappear. Employees who have the knowledge make suggestions that are never carried out, because the way there is too complicated. That time could have gone to something that matters, at work or at home.
Omnidrift exists for organisations that create value for others, large and small. It also applies to driven people who want to make something important happen.
I have always struggled with work that leads nowhere. If I don't know why something needs doing, or if the person receiving it doesn't know either, every minute feels wasted. At the same time I have seen how much knowledge and how many good ideas people in an organisation have. When things move fast and demands grow, they easily fall through the cracks. I want to help change that, together with everyone else who wants the same.
